Delete your Randevu account

Delete it in the app

You can delete your account yourself at any time. It takes effect straight away.

• Open Randevu and sign in.
• Go to Help & Support (from Profile or Settings).
• Tap Delete account and confirm.

Can't open the app?

Email support@randevu.podu.al from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my Randevu account”. If you signed up with a phone number, include that number so we can find your account. We delete it within 30 days of confirming the request.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in details and profile: name, email, phone number, photo and settings.
• Your push notification tokens, favourites, waitlist entries and reviews.
• Your upcoming appointments are cancelled.
• If you own a business: the business, its staff, services, hours, saved clients, photos and bookings. Clients with upcoming appointments are told that the appointment was cancelled.

What is kept

• Past appointments you had at other businesses stay in their records, without your name or account attached.
• Backup copies are kept until they expire in the normal backup cycle.
• Emails you sent to support are kept as ordinary business records.
